The club used to have 25-35 members four to five years ago, but the numbers had dwindled to the mid-teens. The club is focusing on membership, which has risen to 20 following induction of two new members during the DG visit.

The club’s culture is evolving and membership is increasing in diversity. The club’s focus is on youth, particularly on disadvantaged youth (Citi Kidz Regina, Regina Food for Learning). The Club provides funds to buy books for the library at Mother Theresa School and sponsors students from the same school to attend RYLA Camp.

Donations also support local projects like the Salvation Army’s School backpack program and Waterson Centre, Regina Palliative Care and the Regina Women Immigrant Centre. Internationally, the club donates funds to the End Polio Campaign, Ripple Effect Scholarship Fund and ShelterBox.
