The club’s culture is shifting to a focus on youth, retention of existing members (through engagement, communication and contact) and working as a team, both internally and with external partners, to get things done.

Interviews of prospective new members (to ensure that they understand Rotary’s expectations) and of members cancelling their membership will be undertaken.

The club is currently hosting a long-term exchange student from Belgium and has two students interested in taking part in a short-term exchange next summer. Four students were sponsored to attend Junior RYLA camp and one student for Senior RYLA.

Locally, the club organizes the Adventures in Agriculture program and makes donations to the Saskatchewan Visual Art Project (cash award to the winner of a juried competition), Regina Mental Health, Chili for Children, and Early Childhood Intervention program. Internationally, the club supports ShelterBox, Ripple Effect Program and Polio Plus. Fundraising events include a Valentine Gala, Lyle Piett Memorial Golf Tournament, Ham Sales, and a Pumpkin Fundraiser.
