Over the years, the Rotary Club of Swan Valley has been actively involved with the following projects:
- Walking/exercise trail - a pathway that includes exercise stations and is well marked as a Rotary Trail.
- The Wilderness hiking trail (along the Swan River to the Hwy #10 bridge then back through the forest) is also well marked as another Rotary Trail.
- The Historical Society Building (built with funds obtained by the club from a government grant designated for assisting Historical Societies)
- Three soccer fields are named for Rotary following a donation of $90,000 to the town
- Swan Valley Hospital equipment – portable heart monitors
- Education Foundation from which scholarships are provided
- Free Public Skating for a year, on designated days
- Rotary Change Room at the Swimming Pool
- Breakfast Program for children in schools located in Swan River and Minitonas
