6^th Annual Bill McDonald Memorial Basketball Tournament
 

 

Bill McDonald was a very dedicated Rotarian. Bill was also a coach for high school basketball for many years. After his unfortunate passing,The Rotary Club of The Pas decided to hold a basketball tournament in his name.

It was very successful and has grown in popularity and is now a sanctioned event in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

The organizers of the event would like to invite more clubs from District 5550. If you have a team or teams in your area, please pass this invitation to them.

The Rotary Club provides two $ 1000.00 bursaries for the top prizes of the event.

The event starts at noon on Friday December 15, 2017 and runs two days. Invitational tournament for senior varsity boys and girls teams with a 3 game guarantee.

We host a Friday  night get together for the teams that combines a skills competition(eg. Team agility, three point competition) with great prizes and free pizza and drinks. Entry fee is $200 per team.
