Strategic Planning Committee Agreement

D5550 Strategic Plan

The District Strategic Planning Committee met in 2010 to agree on a plan to carry us to the future. It was agreed that we would adopt the RI priorities as areas of focus for the upcoming three years. The committee has worked on tactics for each priority area and is assigning them to the appropriate District Committee for completion and implementation.

Enhance Public Image and Awareness

The Strategic Plan will be reviewed annually and updated if required to ensure that it continues to reflect the needs and priorities of the District.
